To accommodate business meetings we can offer:

- A conference hall to accommodate 200 delegates (theatre-style)
- A 30-seater hall for small seminars
- A small meeting room for up to 8 delegates which is ideal for management meetings.

The conference and meeting rooms are equipped to the highest standard with 3-languages simultaneous translation systems, insonation opportunity, audio and video recording, mobile multimedia equipment and 550 1m video projector.

Refreshments during meetings range from tea and coffee breaks to a tempting buffet meal. A bar is situated nearby.
Should the delegates wish to continue discussions after the close of the day’s business, the Palmira Palace Spa offers a VIP sauna where the atmosphere encourages total relaxation whilst the more energetic can chat over the billiards table and a drink. Special arrangement may be made with the Spa so that conference leaders can reward delegates with prizes and inducements, where appropriate.
For a formal banquet to mark the end of meetings and conferences the 135-seater Restaurant Paradiso makes a perfect setting. The grand occasion can be rounded off with music from vocal bands, dancing groups, comedians and famous performers. At the end of the evening there is a salute to the company hosting the event.
